Priestly and Mrs Hamilton were again brought up and remanded for 10 days. Superintendent Thompson stated the resujt of the post mortem justified their atffcion in arresting the prisoners.. At the Queen of Beauty annual meeting Messrs Pond, Alexander, McCabe, McDonald, and Rollinson were elected directors. Balance-sheet showed receipts to be £11,650, including overdraft of £576. The expenditure balanced the re ceipts within £1.
