(LIMITED) have to annuounce that, in addition to purchase of the LARGE STOCK of MESSRS MORRIN, they have purchased the MININGHARDWARE BUSINESS of Mr C. J. STONE, of the Thames, and the SHIP CHANLERY BUSINESS of Messrs H. F. ANDEBSON and CO., Queen street, Auckland, and which business wi'l be carried on as before, Mr 3. H. Smith being the Manager of the Thames Business, and Mr H. F. Anderson of the Ship Chandlery. The new Company have made such arrangements for the supply of goods as will enable them to meet the rapidly increasingtrade of the North Island.
