The French Anarchists.

Paeis, Nov. 3.—The revolutionary manifestoes posted in Paris and Marseilles last night were printed on red paper,. Two hundred of them were posted near the Louvre, the palace of the Luxembourg, and the Jardin dcs Plantes. They express the deepest hate for the bourgeoisie, and declare war to the death against them. Explosive materials have been discovered in the coal depot and telegraph office at St. Pourcain.

Le Paris publishes the details of the anarchists' conspiracy. They show it is composed of a small number of staunch supporters in all the towns and manufacturing villages of France. The members are mostly young men, who distribute revolutionary papers. Each group has a distinct name. A letter seized by the authorities recommends that the groups should pretend to be trades unions. All groups in a department form a confeder> tion, the same having a secret symbol, and these federations are a link between the groups and the central committee. Several of the persons arrested on Saturday last belong to the federations. The central committee is composed of a dele* gate from each of the federations. It meets monthly at Geneva. Letters in Prince Krapotkia's handwriting show him to be a member of the conspiracy. Numerous arrests of anarchists have been effected, The Bourse is strongly and constantly guarded in consequence of threats which have reached the ears of the authorities that dynamite will be used to blow it up. s-

Troops occupy the railway and all strategic points in the city. The fort dominating Lyons is prepared, at the word of command, to lay any portion of the cify ia ashes. If further explosions occur, the city will be placed under martial law. Threatening letters abound. The Arch« bishop and Director of the Post-office hare receired such missing. Tue persons of both are carefully guarded. Last Sunday ereaing the police seized forty kilogrammes of dynamite.
