Messes Moeein respectfully thank all their late customers for their liberal support during the many years they have been in business, and hope that the new Company, having increased facilities ated capital, will receive the same, only in a larger degree. (LIMITED) have to annuounce that, in addition to purchase of the LARGE STOCK of MESSRS MORRIN, they have purchased the MINING HARDWARE BUSINESS of Mr C. J. STONES, of the Thames, and the SHIP. CHANLERY BUSINESS of Messrs H. F. ANDERSON and CO., Queen street, Auckland, and. which business wi'l be carried on as before, Mr J. H. Shith being the Manager of the Thameß Business, and Mr H. F. Amdebsok of the Ship Chandlery. ' The new Company have made such arrangements for the supply of goods as will enable them to meet the rapidly increasing trade of the North Island.
