IN pursunnce of the powers given by Seotion 27 of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1876 Amendment Act, 1880," the Council of the Borough of Thnmes hereby gire notice that on and after the 28th day of December, 1882, a Public Road will be laid out to be called the Tafaru Road, commencing from the corner of Burke street and running in a northerly course on the Thames Foreshore to the Creek marked Boundary Creek at Tararu, as shown by plan to be seen at the Council Chambers, Albert street. The said Road being marked by the points shown in Red O on plan, And marked on the ground by pegs with Red-coloured tops. The width of such road will be 75 feet, and the length of such read is one mile and a quarter, or about that length. - All objections (o the said Road (if any) must be left at the Council Chambers on or before the 4th day of January, 1883.
