WELLINGTON.

This day

A very sudden death occurred at midnight. A man named Baymond, a carter, ongoing home knocked at the door for admittance, and while the door was being opened be fell to tbe ground, and when picked up life was quite extinct. Deceased, who had not been long in Wellington, was in his usual spirits a quarter of an hour before death ensued. It is supposed to be erysipelas of the brain. An inquest will be held.
