(LIMITED) have to annuounce that, in addition to purchase of the LARGE STOCK of MESSRS MORRIN, they have purchased the MHJINS HARDWARE BUSINESS of Mr C. J. STONE, of the Thames, and the SHIP CHANLERY BUSINESS of Messrs H. F. ANDERSON and CO., Queen street, Auckland, and which business will be carried on as before, Mr J. H. Smith being the Manager of the Thames Business, and Mr H. P. Anderson of the Ship Chandlery. The new Company hare made such ar^ rangements for the supply of goods aa will enable them to meet the rapidly increawag . trade of the North Island.
