XTew London Law Courts.
The new London Law Courts were opened to-day by Her Majesty tbe Queen in state. A large number of the nobility and an immense concourse of people were present, and the proceedings passed off with great eclat. Mr Healy, M.F., Prosecuted. T. M. Healy, M.P. for Wexford, one of the leaders of the Irish 'National League, has been summoned to find sureties for his good behavior. London, December 5. Governor of Western Australia. It is announced that Mr F. Napier Browne, C.M.Gi, Xieut.-G-overnor of Mauritius, has been appointed to succeed Sir Wm. Eobinson as Governor of Western Australia. . Sir Evelyn "Wool Promoted. The British Government has recomAmended General Sir Kvelyn Wood to the Egyptian Government for appointment as Commander-in-Cliief* of the Egyptian army.
