(LIMITED) have to annuounce that, in addition to purohase of tbe LARGE STOCK of MESSRS MORRIN, they have purchased the MINING HARDWARE BUSINESS of Mr C. J. STONE, of tbe Thames, and the SHIP CHANLERY BUSINESS of Messrs H. F. ANDERSON and CO., Queen street, Auckland, and which business will be carried on as before, Mr J. H. Smith being tbe Manager of the Thames Business, and Mr H. F. Andebbon of the Ship Chandlery. The new Company have made such arrangements for the supply of goods as will enable them to meet tbe rapidly increasing trade of the North Island. The Company hope the large support given to the old firms will be continued to the T. and S. Morrin and Co. (Limited).
