At a meeting held in Sydney bj- the dairymen, one of the speakers stated that tbe Syd- ' driey salesmen had daring the past few months imported 1500 tons of Victorian produce in order to checkmate the business of the cooperative association, and it was suggested that the basis of the company should be extended so as to enable it to grapple with the opposition being met with:! ; .
