That it is expedient to effect an amalgamation of this Company with the Southern Cross Goldmining Company (Limited), and that with a view thereto this Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Jams* Stodart be, and he is hereby appointed, Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up. 2.
