MOBBIN and CO. (UNITED). The T. and S. Morrin and Co. (Limited) have been fortunate enough to secure Mr John Ohambebs as a Managing Director, and Messrs C. J. Stonb and W. I. Tatlob as Directors. Messes Mobbin respectfully thank all their late customers for their liberal support during the many years they have been in business, and hope that the new Company, having increased facilities arid capital, will receive the same, only in a larger degree. (LIMITED) have to annuounoe that, in addition to purchase of the LARGE STOCK of MES3BB MOBBIN, they have purchased the MINING HARD WA BE BUBINEBS of Mr C. J. STONE, of the Thames, and the SHIP CHANLEBY BUSINESS of Messrs H. F. ANDERSON and CO., Queen street, Auckland, and which business will be carried on as before, Mr J. H. Smite being the Manager of the Thames Business, and Mr H. F. Andbbbon of the Ship Chandlery.

The new Company have made such arrangements for the supply of goods as will enable them to meet the rapidly increasing trade of the North Island. The Company hope the large support given to the old firms will be continued to the T. and S. Morrin and Co. (Limited).
