Arabi in England's Hands.
Alexandria, November 22.
It has transpired that the Egyptian Government has decided to leave the English Government to determine whether the evidence which has been taken by the Commissioner at Cairo criminates Arabi in the massacres which took place at Alexandria and other places, and in the burning of Alexandria.

Italy Reforms Itself.
At tbe opening of the Italian Chambers to-day King Humbert made a speech in the course of which he auuouuced that the Government would devote itself to the carrying out of internal reforms.

Brookshaw, the casual, who threatened to murder the Prince of Wales unless he gave him assistance to emigrate to the colonies, has been sentenced to ten years' penal servitude.
At a fire at a faotory in Providence, U.S., eight women and three men jumped from the window, and were impaled and killed on the spot.
