Ihe Gladstone Company at Macetown sent down a 200oz cake for a fortnight's crushing.
At the City Court, Barnett and Green, were fined £5 each for aiding in working the tofalisator.
Eight farmers in the Taieri district were fined 20s and costs for not taking sufficient steps for the extermination of rabbits.
