At a fair of the Congregational Church at Palestine, Tex., forty young women gave an exhibition drill with fans, showing how gracefully anibewitohingly these articles can be used. Then the fans were sold by auction, the price depending on the popularity of its contributor, the whole profit reaching 350d01.
