NOTICE is hereby given Hat, an Fxtrabrdinary General Meeting of the Southern CroBS Geldmining Company (Limited) will be held at the Registered Office of the Company, New Zealond Insurance Company's Buildings, Queen streat, Auckland, on FRIDAY, the 24tb day of November instant, at Three o'clock pa, for the purpose of passing, if approved, the folowing resolutions :— 1. That it is expedient, to effect an amalgamation of this Company with the Thames Deep Level Tribute Company (Limited), and that with a view thereto, this Company be woun I up voluntarily, and James Stodart be, and he is hereby, appointed Liquidator for the p»rpo3e of euch winding-up. 2. NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Thames Deep Level Tribute Company (Limited), will be held at the Registered Office of the Company, New Zealand Insurance Company's Buildings, Queen street Auckland, on FRIDAY, the 24th day of November, inatant,_ at Two o'clock, p.m., for the purpose of passing if approved, the following resolution : — v 1. That it is expedient to effect an amalgamation of this Company with the Southern Cross Gal'dming Company (Limited), and with a view thereto this Company be wound up vjluntarily and that James Stodarc bo, and is hereby appoint-d, Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up. 2. That- the said Liquidator be, and is hereby authorised to consent to the registration of a new Company, to be named the Deep Level Cross Goldmining Company (Limited), with a memorandum and Articles of Association which have been already prepared with the privity and approval of the Directors of this Company. 3. That the Conditional agreement submitted to this meeting be, and the same is hereby, approved, and that the Liquidator be, and he ia hereby authorised to adopt, the said agreement and to carry the same into effect.
