Alexandria., November 13. To Fight the False Prophet, The organisation of the expedition against the false prophet and his followers lias been completed, and a force of one thousand men has set out for the Soudan. London, November 13. The Cloturo. The morning debate on the Premier's proposed new rules, of procedure was resumed in the House of Commons last evening, when Mr Gladstone moved the adoption of the second rule providing that no motion for adjournment of the House shall be made except by leave of the House until after the orders of the day and notices of motion have been entered upon. A large number of .amendments were proposed, < and the discussion continued until the rising of the House.
