The Evening Star. PUBLISHED DAILY AT FOUR P.M. Resurrexi. THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 2, 1882.
Mb Robt. Gbaham, we understand, has lodged a claim at the office of the Prince Imperial Company, but what the demand is has not transpired. Mr Tyler has been retained by the Company to defend any law proceedings which may be instituted, and telegraphed yesterday to Mr Miller, asking if he was at liberty to act with him, but that gentleman replied that he has a general retainer from Mr Graham. Mr Graham's demand is rumored to be something extravagant, IOOOi or 2000 paid up shares, besides annual rent. The Company will deserre the thanks of the community for fighting this matter, and settling the question of title on the flat once and for all.
