A PPLICATION has been made to me A by Joseph Pfaeck for t c New Eurtka Gold Mining Company, for permission to construct a Water Race for mining purposes, commencing at a point eighteen chains above the junction of the Otunui and | Mangakirikiri Creek?, and terminating at a ■ point four chains below the said junction, as I shown on plan.
