The Railway.
[Per Peess Association.] Auckland, This day. Col. Fraser had an interview with Mr Sheeban this morning and learnt that the Government have agreed to allow land to be selected for the railway in any district, also to allow the Te Aroha township to be withdrawn from sale. Mr Sheehan and Col. Fraser go to Napier to-morrow.
