London, September 14 Australians y- North. The Australian cricketers commenced a match "to-day at Manchester against an Eleven. representing the North of England. The Home team went in first to the wickets, and at the close of the day's play had lost nine wickets for 193 runs. Sept. 15. The cricket match at Manchester between the Australian team and eleven of the North of England was resumed to» day. The Home team continued in the first innings, which closed for a total of 205. The Australians then went in for their first innings, and were all disposed of for 119, the visitors thus being 135 behiud. Their opponents followed on their first innings, and when stumps were drawn for the day had scored 59 for .the loss of three wickets. ,
