(LIMITED) have to annuounce that, in addition to purchase of the LARGE STOCK of MESSRS MORRIN, they have purchased the MINING HARDWARE BUSINESS of C. J. STONE, of the Thames, and the SHIP CHANLERY BUSINESS of Messrs H. F. ANDERSON and CO., Queen street, Auckland, and which business will be carried- on as before, Mr J. H. Smith being the Manager of the Thames Business, and Mr' H. F. Andebson of the Ship Chandlery. ■ ■ The new Company have made such arrangements for the supply of goods as will enable them to meet the rapidly increasiag trade of the North Island.
