The Company was originally projected for the purpose of acquiring blocks of good suburban land, to be re-sold in lots-suitable for residence sites, and recently, with the view of adding to the value of their lands, by affording greater facilities of access, the Provisional Directors; have entered int* arrangements for providing a system of TRAMWAYS for the CITY and BUBUBB3. An agreement has been made with the i City Council by which the Company' has secured the EXCLUSIVE BIGHT TO CONSTRUCT AND WORK SUCH TRAMWAYS FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTfONE YKARS, and the terms of the concession leave no room to doubt taat the under- - taking will be advantageous to the community and profitable to the proprietors.
