MORRIN, this the first day of the half-year, have much pleasure in announcing that tbrir Business having hecome of such magnitude as to necessitate increased capital and organisation, they have converted into a private LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, under tbe name of the T. and S. MORRIN and CO. (LIVITED). The T. and S. Morrin and Co. (Limited) have been fortunate enough to secure Me John Chambebs as a Managing Director, and Messrs C. J. Stone and W. I. Tatlob as Directors. Messhs Mobbin respectfully thank all their late customers for their liberal support during the many years they have been in business, and hope that the new Company, having increased facilities acd capital, will receive the same, only in a larger degree. (LIMITED) have to annuounce that, in addition to purchase of the LARGE STOCK of MESSRS MORRIN, they have purchased the MINING HARDWARE BUSINESS of Mr C. J. STONE, of the Thames, and the SHIP CHANLERY BUSINESS of Messrs H. F. ANDERSON and CO., Queen street, Auckland, and which business will be carried on as before, Mr J. H. Smith being the Manager of the Thames Business, and Mr H. F. Anderson of the Ship Chandlery. The new Company have made such arrangements for the supply' of goods as will enable them to meet the rapidly increasing trade of the North Island.
