IN pursuance of the powers given by Section 27 of the " Municipal Gorporations Act (1876) Amendment Act, 1880," the Council of the Borough of Thames hereby give notice that on the 6th day of September,- 1882, THKEE PUBLIC SO ADS will be laid out, commencing at a point indicated by pegs driren in the ground at the various points that each of the said roads junction with Bella street :— That one of the said roads will be called the EARAKA CREEK ROAD, and will commence at a point indicated by a peg driven in the ground and pointed red, where the said road junctions with Bells street; that such road will be continued in a north-easterly direction to the ■ v^Karaka' Creek, thence in a northerly ' '"' "direction for about 5 chains towards , Irish Town.
