A further parcel of 401bs specimens and 30lbs picked stone was bagged yesterday, making a total of 801bs of specimens and 80lbs picked stone for the day's haul. NEW PEINGE IMPERIAL. The manager telegraphed to the Directors as follows to-day :—" Obtainedr2olbs picked stone from drive No. 4 level; leader looking 'well.r—Gr. S. Clark." This is encouraging, as no picked stone was obtained from the leader in the shaft, and proves unquestionably that the leader is rapidly improving as it goes down. GOLD RETURN d. Don Pedeo. — Kneebone and par-y----have banked*4ozs 9dwts gold. ; , Moanataibi.—-Moyle and party hare treated two loads for the fine return of i 20ozs 14dwts retorted gold. Ktnranui Hill.—A crushing for Mills and party jielded 7ozs 15dwts gold. Hape Cbeek.—Stewart and party have treated a trial lot at the Alburnia mill for the yield of 3ozs 4dwts gold.
