Mr Aitken Connell was proposed as liquidator at Guthrie and Larnach's meeting, and, on the vote of Mr Stronach, was elected. Tbe proceedings were lengthy, but quiet. Mr Larnach made a long speech. A report of the proceedings is to be issued to the shareholders.

The Rev. Lindsay Mackie says that the Eev. Joseph Cook will be unable to visit New Zealand.
