(LIMITED) have to annuounce that,' in addition to purchase of the LARGE STOCK of MESSRS MORRIN, they have purchased the MINING HARDWARE BUSINESS of Mr C. J. STONE, of the Thames, and the SHIP CHANLERY BUSINESS of Messrs H. F. ANDERSON and CO., Queen street, Auckland, and which business wi'l be carried on as before, Mr J. H. Smtth being the Manager of the Thames Business, and Mr H. F. Andebbon of.the Ship Chandlery. The new Company have made such arrangements for the supply of gooda as will enable them to meet the rapidly ircreanßg trade of the North Island.
