[Bt Teleqbaph.] (FBOM OIXB OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Wellington, This day. The Governor is expected to sign fie Tauianga contract this afternoon. Stewart and Duncun return in the Hero if possible. Great inconvenience is caused through persons presenting informal petitions. To prevent a recurrence, the Government are about to have printed forms sent to all post and telegraph offices in the colony. It is stated very freely that the Go vernment intend withdrawing the Loan Bills and introducing one Loan Bill including the two loans.
