The Waiweri Harbour being . within the- Hauraki Gulf offers a delightful pleasure trip, of whiol many thousands avail themselves during thi year. The beauty of the harbour and of th< snrrounding country, as well as the eurativi properties of its perennial and abounding 'thermal mineral springs, are so wideli * known that comment is unnecessary. Sea bathing, rirer bathing, and boating on the rive which-runs through the property, are amoni the many: attractions of this unique estate The climate is so mild and equable through out the year that tobacco and the orange anc lemon grow luxuriantly. This lease wil also be handed over to the Company. .The property, with Furniture, Plant, Liyi Stock, etc., Baths, Bath-bouses, Hotel, Cot tages, Land, at d the Lease above mentioned will be sold by Mr Graham to the Compare for £23,000. Mr Graham only requires one half of this amount to be paid within si: months- from allotment of shares, and wil accept fall; paid up shares for the balance o the purchase money.' It is proposed to. appropriate £7000 it enlarging the Hotel and other improvements - in order to keep pacp with the growing de mand and,great increase of visitors from thi South of New Zealand,' and from all parts o Australia and the South Sea Islands. Thi profits of the year may then be confidently estimated,at from £2000 to £3000, with " proportionate increase in the years to follow. From the land alone a large revenue mvi ultimately be secured, and in the meantim ; the current and increasing business is a suffi dent guarantee for handsome dividends to th shareholders.
