AliExandeia, July 27. The ATboukir Garrison Rebellious. Information is to hand that the action of the Egyptian garrison at Aboukir in rallying to the side of the Khedive was merely a rase. The men were called upon to proceed to Alexandria, but they refused to leave Aboukir, and it is clear their pretended adherence to the Khedive was a sham. Constantinople, July 27. AraM Bouncing the Sultan. It has transpired that the Sultan has received a letter from Arabi, stating that he is determined to resist any attempt to put down the National movement; in Egypt, and will even strenuously oppose any Turkish troops that may be dispatched to the country.
