Parliamentary Notes.
[By T^legbaph.] (■FROM OUR OWN CORRESPONDENT.) Wellington, This day. As to a No Confidence motion, the Times this morning says, " All the stories about a Want of Confidence motion being brought down are stories, and nothing more; there is no certainty whatever about them. If the Opposition think they can turn the Government out they will try to do so—unless they think they are certain of doing so they will refrain. When the Opposition make up tKeir mind to bring down a No»Confidence motion, the Ministry, we are assured, will be fully warned of their intention." There was a serious disagreement among the Government again yesterday over the Native Reserves Bill, Bryce wanting to go on with it at once. Moss' Land Restrictions Removal Bill declares it shall not be lawful for any person by deed or will to restrict th& alienation of land, and the holder of the legal estate for the time being under and by virtue of any deed or will shall for the purpose of sale and exchange be deemed to be the absolute owner thereof without any restriction.
