This day. For the civil sittings there are three common jury and three special jury cases act down, and one motion under the Divorce and Matrimonial Causes Act, 1867. Yesterday. The Union Company have received a cable advice of the sailing of their new steamer Wairarapa from the Clyde on July 18 with 72 passengers. She is ex» pected to arrive in Melbourne the first of September. Captain Kitchener died shortly after 10 this morning.
