TVTOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a i. 1 sufficient number of Creditors not having att?nded the first or adjourned Meetings of Creditors of t.he above-named debtor, he?d at fho Court house Grabamstown, at ten o'clock in the forenoon of FRIDAY and SATURDAY, the 23rd and 24th days of June, 1882, respectively, I have in pursuance of the power vested in me by virtue of the said Act, appointed IHOMAS Macifablase, Esquire, of Auckland, a certificated accountant in Binkrurtoy, to be Creditors' Trustee of the property of the said Debtor, and the said Thomas Macffablane having signified in writing his acceptance of the said Trusteeship, I hereby notify the said appointment and acceptance accordingly.
