The marauders and pillagers hare ceased their work of devastation and pillaging. Rumors are to hand that serious disturbances have broken out in Cairo, but no confirmation of the neirs is to hand. Malta, July 16. A further detachment of marines, consisting of one thousand of all ranks, left to-day for Alexandria. Constantinople, July 16. Six Great Powers, viz., Austria, France, England, Germany, Italy, and Bussia, have sent an identical note to the Porte, inviting him to send a force of Turkish troops to Alexandria to restore order there.
