MORRIN, on this the first day of the half-year, have much pleasure in . announcing that their Business having become of such magnitude as to necessitate increased capital and organisation, they have converted into a private LIMITED LIABILITF COMPANY, under the name of the T. and S. MORRIN and CO. (LIMITED). The T. and S.^Morriu and Co. (Limittd) have been fortunate enough to secure Mr John Chambers as a Managing Director, and Messrs C. J. Stone and W. I. Tayiob as Directors. Messes Mobein respectfully thank all their late customersfor their liberal support during the many years they have been in business, and hope that the new Company, having iucreased facilities and capital, will receive the same, only in a larger degree. (LIMITED). have to annuounce that,* in addition to purchase of the L ARGUS STOCK of MESSRB MORRIN, they have purchased the MININGHARDWARE BUSINESS of Mr C. J. STONE, of the Thames, and the SHIP CHANLERY BUSINESS of Messrs H. F. ANDERSON and CO., Queen street, Auckland, and which business will bo carried on as before, Mr J. H. Smith being the Manager of the Thames Business, and Mr H. F. Andebson of the Ship Chandlery. The new Company have made such arrangements for the eupply of, goods bj will enable them to meet the rapidly irereaeißg t*ade of the North Island.
