Sea- - -' bathing; river bathing, and boating on the river ' which runs through the property, are among ' the many attractions of this unique estate. The climate is so mild and equable throughout the year that tobacco and tbo orange and lemon grow luxuriantly. Mr Graham has spent large .'sums in developing the property since he acquired it nearly forty yean ago. Baying brought it into a paying condition, he wishes to retire and leaye to others the -'' further great improvement of which the Waiwera property is now capable. The property banded over to the Company will consist of the Hot Springs (which have yielded an • inexhaustible supply of mineral water from tima immemorial); the Hotel which is doing a large and profitable business, and r capable of accommodating from 90 to 100 personscomfoitably.; tlie whole of the Harbour frontage, and 728 acres more or leas of adjacent country. * The latter is admirably adapted for a Township, Villa Residences, and small Farms.
