MORRIN, on this the first day of the half-year, have much pleasure in announcing that their Business having become of such magnitude as to necessitate increased capital and organisation, they have converted into a private LIMITED LIABILIT? COMPANY, under the name ofthe T. and S. MORRIN and CO. (LIMITED). The T. and S.*Morria and Co. (Limited) have been fortunate enough to secure Mr John Chambers as a.Managing Director, and Messrs. ti. J. Stone and W. I. Taysob as. Directors. Messes' Mobbin respectfully thank all their late customers for their liberal support during the many years they have been in business, and hope that the new Company, having increased facilities and capital, will receive the same, only in a larger degree. T. &S. MORRIN. WITH reference to the above, the T. and S.. MORRIN CO. (LIMITBD) have to annuounce that, in addition to purchase of the LARGE STOCK of MESSRS MORRIN, they have purchased the MINING HARDWARE BUSINESS of Mr C. J. STONE, of .the Thames, and the SHIP CHANLERY BUSINESS of Messrs H. F. ANDERSON and CO., Queen street, Auckland, and which business will be carried on j as before, Mr J. H. Sxmn being the Manager of the Thames Business, and Mr H. P. Andeeson of the Ship Chandlery. The new Company have made such arrangements for the supply of goods as will enable them to meeti the rapidly increasing trade of the North Island. The Company hope the large support given to the old firms will be continued to the T. and S. Morrin and Co. (Limited).
