During the past • week or two trial parcels have been treated from the pros* pecting winze and other parts of the mine, and the total yield from these, 6Oozs 14dwts retorted gold, was banked to-day. The return of 18ozs lOdwts gold, which was published a day or two ago as being from the company's dirt, was the result of a tributer's crushing. GOLD RETURNS. Adelaide.—Mclihaney and party hare banked 75ozs odwts melted gold, which was obtained from 35 loads of quartz taken from the Moa reef. Wheel of Fortune (Tairua). — A crushing from this mine has given 23ozs 17dwts of gold. Stab op Te Papa.—Adams and party have banked 20ozs sdwt3 gold.
