(Before H. Eenrick, Esq., R.M.) PBOHIBITION OBDEBS. Stephen Farley was sentenced to pay a fine of £2, or undergo seven days' imprisonment for drunkenness.—On the applicatioß of Mr Henry Driver, an order was issued prohibiting publicans from suppling him with drink. James Tanner, the well-known jockey, was also sentenced to the same punish* ment, and Sergeant O'Grady made an application for a prohibition order, which was also granted. LABCENY. Te Iwingaro was charged with the larceny of 8s from the till of the Bendigo Hotel, and £3 and a quantity of tobacco and other articles from the shop of Mr Theodore Wood, Shortland. Sergeant O'Grrady applied for a remand until Thursday, which was granted, bail being allowed. , This concluded the business.
