WELLINGTON.
This day. A .respectably dressed young woman was found in the harbor this morning. She has not yet been identified. Concerning Harvey Nicholls on a charge of forging the endorsement to a cheque, the jury disagreed, and after being locked up all night were discharged this morn ing. The Crown Prosecutor entered a nolle prosequi.
