London, July 3 Mobilising the Reserve-
Government have decided that the mobilisation of the army reserve shall at once be proceeded with in view of the possibility of that force being required to till the place of regular troops which may be despatched to Egypt.
Plot to Sill the Prince of Wales.
It has transpired that since the recent visit of the Prinne of Wales to Bradford, dynamite was found to be concealed in some of the bridges over which the royal train passed. It is believed that the discovery reveals the existence of a plot to take the Prince's life. Prepared for War- - The preparations which have been proceeding at the the War Office and Admiralty for the despatch of troops and vessels to Egypt are now completed. The work at the arsenals and dockyards has been pushed forward with all possible speed, and an extensive force, including a Biege train of 72 guns is now ready to depart for Egypt without delay if required,
Alexandria, July 3. Another Lion louder Soared.
It has .transpired that Arabi Pasha, as Minister of War, has made a proposal to the Council of Ministers that a levy en masse should forthwith be made for the purposes of increasing the defensive force of Egypt. The work of fortifying this city is now being actively proceeded with by the Egyptian authorities.
