Messrs T. & S. Morrin's business hag been turned into a Limited Liability Company, and Anderson's Shipchandlery and Stone's Thames Hardware . business have been amalgamated therewith. Mr Smith retains the management of the Thames branch. The Company contains £30,000 shares of £5 each. Winiata's people threaten to clear all thehalf'oastesoutof the King Country. . It has transpired that a party of natives were concealed near Te Awamutu for the purpose of waylaying Barlow, and would have done so but for the escort.
