CATTLE BTBALING.
In the above case Himiona went into the box, and deposed' that the cow was running, on natives' property. .The. cow had been at large about 5 years.-IXfe was after the sale that he knew, the cow was Townsend's property. The Court said that there was not the slightest ingredient of larceny in the case, and no judge would convict upon the case. The taking of the cow was not illegal, but was an act committed through ignorance. The case would be dismissed. '
