YESTERDAY.
(Before H. Kenrick, Esq., R.M.,) Court met at 9 o'clock. BOBSON V. AUSTIN.
This was a case in which the defendant was charged with using abusire language, calculated to create a breach of the pe«ce. After hearing evidence the Court dismissed the case. ALLEGED BREACH OF LICENSING ACT. An information was laid against Mr Lipsey by Mrs Bryson, for selling liquor after hoars', in contravention of the Licensicg Laws. After evidence was taken the Court dismissed the case. ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. This was a charge preferred against Mrs Bryson for making use of insulting language to Constable Haslett. Case dismissed.
