This day. The ship Orari, 101 days from London, is anchored at the heads. Some excitement was caused in town to day on a report that an information bad been laid against the Hon. C. J. Pharazyn, M.L.A., for plural voting. The information was laid by the Beturnfig Officer, and accuses Mr Pharazyn 6f having voted at the two booths. A slight shock of earthquake was felt at Wanganui and Wellington at 1 o'clock this morning.
