[Reuteb's -Special.] London, December 12. The Times to-day publishes a telegram from Afghanistan, stating that dissension has arisen among the adherents of Ameer Abdul Rahman. The discontent is chiefly manifesting itself among the Durani tribes. Vienna, December 12. It is now officially stated that 917 persons who were present at the theatre on the Bth inst. are missing, and it is feared that the total loss of life by the fire amounted to that number. Paeis, December 12. Telegrams aro to hand from Tunis reporting that heavy rains have fallen in that country, causing severe floods in many parts; and that the operations of French troopsftgainst,theinsurgents are in consequence -temporarily stopped.
