NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Thames purposo ts construct and build an op n Channel or Aqueduct for the purpose of draining from the 1 westward side of the Bridge which crosses the Karaka Creek in Baillie street in the said Borough i and thence in a straight line, hiving a south-westerly direction, to Mackay btreetin the said Borough ; thence in a straight lirj;, in a westerly direction for a distance of 336 feel,; and Hip nee in a straight line, having a south-westerly direolion, to Pollen street in the said Borough. And that such Channel or Aqueduct will be of th» uniform -width of 21 feet or thereabout.
