A meeting of the above Council wh held in the Chambers last, evening. Present—His Worship the Mayor (in the Chair), Crs Meonie, McGowaa; Yeale, tad Bawden. Apologies for.absence received from Crs Wilson, McCullbugh, and Osborne. minutes, &.c. . The minutes of the prerioas meeting were read and confirmed, and a precis of the .outward correspondence since last meeting read over.
