A charge of non-vaccination against John Green was withdrawn by the Registrar on payment by the defendant of the PENALTY FOB NON - STAMPING A BEGEJPT. Richard Mills Hawkes was charged; with signing a receipt for.£6 from John Oostello, without the same being legally stamped. The defendant admitted the offence, but pleaded as an excuse that it was a mistake, and that it was not an intentional evasion of the law. His Worship inflicted a fine of 5s and costs, 225. wmmmmmmmm
